Diana Goldberg, Benefit Committee Co-chair
Diana Goldberg has been an active in volunteer work for decades and is a longtime supporter of Children's Law Center. In 2002, she played a key role in launching a Children's Law Center program, the Health Access Project, and has supported its efforts ever since.
Diana's dedication to increasing access to community pediatrics, particularly for low-income children and families, has defined her life's work.
Diana is the co-chair of the Stephen A. and Diana L. Goldberg Foundation and the proprietor of Raku Restaurant, with locations in Washington, DC and Bethesda.
She currently serves on the boards of the following organizations: Children's National Medical Center, Child Health Center Board of Children's National Medical Center, Safe Kids Worldwide and National Cathedral School for Girls. She is chair of the Children's School Services Board at Children's National Medical Center. Diana is former board chair of the Children's National Medical Center, Child Health Center Board, Children's Hospital Foundation and Safe Kids Worldwide.
Diana lives in Washington, DC with her husband of 44 years, Stephen Goldberg. They have three grown children, Brian, Stuart and Lauren; two daughters-in-law, LiJun and Mindy; and one granddaughter, Pearl.
May Liang, Benefit Committee Co-chair
May Liang joined Children’s Law Center’s Board of Directors in 2008 and serves as the Board treasurer. Currently with OpenConcept Systems Inc., May previously served as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer for Total Music, LLC, a digital entertainment service. Prior to that, she led the Epilepsy Therapy Project and was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at America Online, Inc.
May sits on numerous Boards, including the Epilepsy Therapy Project, Children’s Chorus of Washington, and Veterans Information and Communications Organization. She is a Fellow of the U.S.-Japan Leadership Program and Co-Chair of its Executive Committee. She has previously served on the Boards of the YMCA- Fairfax County, George Washington University's Virginia campus, and Falls Church-McLean Children's Center.
May’s husband, Jim Lintott, is a Principal of Sterling Foundation Management and Board Chair of Children’s National Medical Center. They have two children and live in Great Falls, Virginia.
