The Georgetowner previews Project Inspiration, an upcoming exhibition by photographer Walter Grio, which features Children's Law Center's Executive Director Judith Sandalow and other nonprofit leaders. Scheduled for November 16, Project Inspiration is a collection of "philanthropic people portraits" with an Old Hollywood theme. CLC is one of 15 nonprofit groups with representatives in the exhibit, many of which focus on children's issues.
“In the course of some of the projects I’ve done, I’ve gotten to know a lot of these people and I really admire their spirits,” Grio says, according to The Georgetowner. “I thought it would be really fantastic to help celebrate what they do.”
Tickets for Project Inspiration are available through Eventbrite. Proceeds benefit Children's Law Center and the other nonprofit organizations featured in the exhibit.
"...you’ve got a great group of folks working at the CLC! They have really enriched the advocacy community ... and made a great difference for our children."
