Our annual Helping Children Soar Benefit brought hundreds of people to the Kennedy Center’s Roof Terrace Restaurant on September 21. This year the program focused on CLC’s work to build forever families through adoption and guardianship. We presented Senator Mary Landrieu with the Distinguished Child Advocate Award and law firm Jones Day with the Children’s Pro Bono Champion Award.
