Rebecca Brink, Senior Policy Attorney

Rebecca Brink joined Children’s Law Center as a policy attorney in 2009. Previously, she was the Co-Director of the Children’s Mental Health Access Project at Health Law Advocates, a nonprofit law firm in Boston, where she represented individual families, served as court-appointed Guardian ad litem, created and delivered training sessions and was involved in legislative policy campaigns focused on improving mental health care. Rebecca began at Health Law Advocates as an Equal Justice Works Fellow. Her fellowship project involved a collaboration with the Department of Psychiatry at Children's Hospital Boston. Prior to law school, Rebecca worked in the government relations department of the Children’s Defense Fund. Rebecca graduated from Boston College Law School where she was a Public Service Scholar and the recipient of the Aviam Soifer Award for Public Service Achievement and Leadership. Rebecca received her BA in Political Communication from the George Washington University.
