The Department of Health Care Finance issued proposed regulations defining medical necessity under Medicaid. CLC submitted comments that suggested some specific changes to conform to federal law and ensure the children of DC are provided with the medical care to which they are entitled. (CLC's Comments)
You did for me what no one else would do; you came through on your promises to always be there for me when I needed you the most. There is not a day that goes by that I do not remember you and what you did for me.
