Albert Amissah is a special education staff attorney with the Guardian ad Litem project. Prior to working at the Children’s Law Center, he worked as a program management analyst at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Office of the Assistant Secretary of Civil Rights. At the USDA he worked in the Office of Adjudication where he reviewed EEO Complaints. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of the District of Columbia School of Law (UDCSL). At UDCSL he worked as a student attorney in the Juvenile and Special Education Law Clinic representing parents in the District whose children were not receiving the special education services they needed.
