Ana Morgenstern manages development operations, working closely with the chief development officer to ensure the success of the fundraising program. Previously, Morgenstern served as the Director of Foundation Relations at the Newseum, strengthening partnerships to increase public understanding of a free press and the First Amendment. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Foundation Relations and Research at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, where she worked to develop many initiatives that supported the Center's mission to enlighten, educate and entertain through transformational and cultural experiences. One such instance was the development of a grants pipeline that included federal funding for the first time, along with efforts to launch and develop a creative placemaking initiative. She received a PhD from the University of Miami where she also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in non-profit administration.
