Evelyn Becker joined Children’s Law Center in 2010 as its first Pro Bono Director. Previously, Evelyn was a partner at the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where she practiced employment law, served as the DC office’s Administrative Partner, and worked on a wide range of pro bono matters. Evelyn graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, where she received the Karl Llewellyn Memorial Cup for excellence in brief writing and oral advocacy. During college, Evelyn worked as a pre-K and kindergarten teacher at a private school.
