Elena joined Children’s Law Center in July 2011 as an Investigator with the Health Access Project. She received her BA in International Studies from American University in 2008. Prior to joining the CLC team, Elena served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in El Salvador, where she worked in small business development, environmental promotion and youth organizing initiatives. She speaks Spanish fluently.
