Mallory joined Children’s Law Center as a staff attorney in 2010. Born and raised in D.C., she left only to attend Ohio Wesleyan University. While attending OWU she interned at the local juvenile court. She graduated magna cum laude with a psychology major and sociology/anthropology minor. After college she worked at the Foundation School before attending law school. Mallory received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. During law school she interned for the Counsel for Child Abuse and Neglect office of the D.C. Superior Court and in the policy division of the American Humane Association. In addition, she participated in the D.C. Law Students in Court clinic and earned the John F. Evans Award for outstanding achievement in the criminal law division.
