Rhea joined Children's Law Center as a staff attorney in 2007. Rhea earned her JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 2007 and her BA in Women Studies, Political Science, and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan in 2004. In law school, Rhea participated in the Child Advocacy Law Clinic and was a Graduate Student Instructor in the Women's Studies undergraduate program. Rhea interned in Uganda working on widows' property rights and sexual assault cases. She also interned in DC assisting women seeking asylum.
