Stephanie graduated from George Washington University with Special Honors, earning her BA in Women's Studies and Political Science, and a minor in Criminal Justice. During her college years she interned with various DC organizations such as the Feminist Majority Foundation and HALT. She has participated in a variety of service projects including Hurricane Katrina relief, building homes in Mexico, teaching English in Poland, and tutoring neighborhood children here in Washington DC. Stephanie was born in Hong Kong and is originally from New Jersey.
