Emily Fecile

Emily has worked at Children’s Law Center in various roles since October 2019. Most recently, they were promoted to the role of HR Generalist in March 2023. As an HR Generalist at Children’s Law Center, Emily is the dedicated HR point of contact for several programs within the organization and is responsible for providing seamless service to staff in all HR functions, including recruiting, benefits, employee leave, change management and more. Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources and Equity Officer, Emily provides support to organizational diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
