Comment: 2018 Mold Amendment Proposed Rules
Children’s Law Center recently shared its comments with the District Department of the Environment (DDOE) about the 2018 Mold Amendment Proposed Rules published by DDOE amending the Mold Assessment and Remediation Licensure Regulations in Chapter 32 of Title 20 DCMR. We’re offering the following comments to express our general support of the proposed amendments and to recommend language that will make the amendments stronger for DC children and families.
