FY19 Oversight Testimony: Child and Family Services Agency
Children’s Law Center executive director Judith Sandalow shared her insight during CFSA’s oversight hearing. She testified because we represent the best interests of hundreds of children in foster care and represent foster parents and relative caregivers of children who are in or at risk of entering the District’s child welfare system.
